Register Your HOA or Neighborhood Association with Jefferson County
Register your organization with Jefferson County so that you can stay in the loop on what's happening with land use issues, including but not limited to the Special Use Expansion Request by the Activation Ministry International Center. Click on the image to the left, download the form, fill it out, and mail it back to County Planning & Zoning, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Suite 3550, Golden CO 80401 -- or hand-carry it down to the Taj next time you're there to speak to Josh Drexler, our case manager, or John Wolforth, the P&Z Director.
There's no charge to register with the County.
Please note: if you are an HOA and you've registered with the State (as required by law), THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU'VE REGISTERED WITH THE COUNTY. The State and the County do not share neighborhood organization records. Please do your part to stay apprised of land use activities in your neighborhood, BECAUSE DEMOCRACY IS NOT A SPECTATOR SPORT!!!!!
